Terms of Service – Lawn Care Services

1. Service Agreement
By scheduling lawn care services with Haulin Property Solutions, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our services include but are not limited to lawn mowing, edging, trimming, aeration, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Recurring services require a minimum [26]-week commitment (if applicable).
- Missed Services: If access to the property is blocked (e.g., locked gates, pets in the yard), service may be skipped, and the full service charge will still apply.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is based on: Lawn size, service type, property condition, and service frequency.
- Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for jobs exceeding $500.
- Late Payments: Payments are due upon service completion. Invoices not paid within 5 days for weekly service or 10 days for Bi-weekly service will incur a $15 late fee, and service may be suspended until the balance is cleared.
- Customer on a monthly invoice schedule will be sent monthly invoices following the last service of the current month. Payments are by default NET10 unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to services being rendered
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards and online ACH transactions.
4. Weather & Service Adjustments
- Services may be delayed due to rain, storms, or extreme heat (95°F+).
- If mowing is postponed due to customer request, an overgrowth fee ($10-$30 depending on lawn condition) may apply.
- If Haulin Property Solutions must reschedule due to weather, we will notify you and offer the next available appointment.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Before Service: Customers must ensure the lawn is free of toys, furniture, hoses, pet waste, and other obstacles. A cleanup fee of $10-$25 may apply if excess debris is present.
- Sprinkler & Utility Awareness: We are not responsible for damages to hidden objects (sprinkler heads, underground cables, wires, or pipes). If these items are present, customers must notify us before service.
- Pets & Yard Access: All pets must be secured indoors before service. Unsecured pets may result in a skipped visit, and the full service fee will still apply.
6. Liability & Damages
- Property Damage: Our team takes care to avoid damage, but if an accident occurs, it must be reported within 24 hours for assessment.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge.
7. Right to Refuse Service
- Haulin Property Solutions reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:
- Unsafe working conditions
- Customer misconduct (harassment, verbal abuse, or non-payment)
- Overgrown lawns or extreme yard conditions not previously disclosed (may require additional charges or special scheduling)
