Scheduling is simple! Visit our Contact Us page and fill out the form, or call us at 844-706-5865. Our team will assist you in setting up your account and booking the desired services.

3. What is the Green Thumb Loyalty Program?

Our Green Thumb Loyalty Program rewards you with points for every dollar spent, which can be redeemed for discounts on future services. To enroll, please inquire during your next service booking.

4. Do you offer seasonal promotions?

5. How does the referral program work?

Refer a friend to Haulin Property Solutions, and when they book a service, you'll receive a $25 referral bonus as a token of our appreciation.

6. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my service?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

7. Is Haulin Property Solutions insured?

Yes, we are fully insured to protect both our clients and our company during service operations.

8. Do you handle hazardous waste removal?

No, we do not handle hazardous waste. Our junk removal services are limited to non-hazardous items.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and checks. Payments are typically due upon completion of the job, though larger projects may require a down payment. For services rendered without your presence, pre-payment is required.

10. What are your service areas?

We serve Kendallville, Indiana, and surrounding communities within a 20-mile radius, including Auburn, Garrett, Angola, Lagrange, Churubusco, and Ligonier.

11. What are your business hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. We are closed on weekends.  Our team will perform scheduled work over the weekend if already scheduled.

12. Is there a satisfaction guarantee?

Absolutely! Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not pleased with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we'll make it right.
